.dff and .txd files - models and textures.
.cs and .cleo - in the CLEO folder ( CLEO 4 is needed ).
.asi - to the root of the game (you need ASI Loader ).
If there is ModLoader support , install it through it.

Vehicle and weapon models are often installed as replacements in the gta3.img archive ( models folder ) using IMG Tool 2.0 or Alci's IMG Editor .
